Lochfyne Training Services is an approved CITB, CPCS, SQA, City & Guilds Training Provider. is a member of The FSB and is approved to assess and train NVQ Level 1, Intermediate Level and NVQ Level 2 in Specialist Plant and Machinery Operations by City and Guilds.
Lochfyne Training has been working within the Construction Industry (Civil Engineering and Building), Fish Farming Industry, Agricultural Industry, Road Haulage, Warehousing, Council Authorities, Freight Forwarding and Employability Groups delivering training on Plant Operations, Manual Handling, Risk Assessment, Health and Safety Awareness, Abrasive Wheels, Safe Use of Hand Held Tools, New Roads and Street Works Act (RAUC) and VDU Operations.
Lochfyne Training uses a wide range of methods to instruct and assess candidates in the work place such as the use of Power Point presentations, Demonstration and Instruction, Visual and Practical aids. On site assessments are carried out for Experienced Workers, full Foundation Training for inexperienced workers and operators, NVQ level 1 and NVQ Level 2.
Lochfyne Training has designed and developed bespoke training packages in all these areas to suit individual clients and continues to review and respond to changes in Learning and Development, whether for individual learners or group learning.
In-House restricted courses are delivered at the same standards as the accredited training, this is to ensure that we maintain a high standard across the board, upon completion of full training or experienced worker assessment, candidates are issued with a photo ID card and Certificate of competence.
